I am an immunologist working at the intersection of biomedical sciences, public policy, and science diplomacy. As a AAAS Science & Technology Policy Fellow at the U.S. Department of State's Office of Mexican Affairs, I leverage my technical expertise to support U.S. - Mexico bilateral policy development. I am also an advocate for diversity in science and evidence-based policymaking as a member of the Puerto Rico Science Policy Action Network (PR-SPAN) and the Science Diplomacy Network in Latin America and the Caribbean (DiploCientifica). My passions are science communication, science policy, and science diplomacy.
